By accessing our website, booking consultations, or utilizing our healthcare coordination and medical tourism facilitation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Scope of Services

Helio acts as a facilitator and consulting portal connecting patients with certified medical facilities, diagnostics centers, specialized clinics, and clinical experts worldwide. We assist with booking coordination, logistics coordination, travel planning, translators, and informational consults.

3. Critical Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Crown Management Private Limited and its facilitation platform Helio are NOT licensed medical clinics, medical providers, or medical advisors. We do NOT provide direct medical diagnostics, clinical advice, surgical procedures, treatments, or prescriptions. All information on our platform is for informational coordination purposes. You must always seek direct medical counsel from qualified surgeons or healthcare clinics before undergoing treatments.

4. User Responsibilities

As a client using our coordination platform, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful medical records, diagnostic history, identification details, and travel documents.
• Independently reviewing the treatment choices, risk profiles, and operational disclosures provided by partner clinics and surgeons.
• Maintaining valid passports, medical visas, entry permits, and travel insurances required to access international clinics.
• Complying with the internal rules, medical protocols, guidelines, and procedures specified by the host clinical hospital.

5. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Fees for medical procedures are billed directly by the host medical clinics and hospitals according to their specific pricing systems. Facilitation, consulting, translation, or transportation deposits handled by Crown Management Private Limited are governed by our transaction policy. Cancellations or refunds for bookings are subject to the host clinics' policies, minus processing fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crown Management Private Limited (and Helio facilitation services) acts strictly as an intermediary agent between you and third-party healthcare clinics or providers. Consequently:

• We do not bear any liability for medical results, operational complications, treatment failures, surgical outcomes, medical errors, or clinical malpractice of our partner hospitals or surgeons.
• We are not liable for travel interruptions, flight changes, passport delays, local transport delays, or hotel accommodation defaults.
• Our total liability under any service contract shall not exceed the service coordination fee paid by you directly to us.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand icons, designs, software codes, layout structures, copy texts, media materials, logo files, and graphics displayed on our platforms are the intellectual property of Crown Management Private Limited or their respective brand owners, protected under copy protection and trademark frameworks.

8. Disputes and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual relationships or service provisions thereunder shall be governed and interpreted in compliance with national and regional laws. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of your relationship with Crown Management Private Limited shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts where the company is registered.
